1.Providing Clean & Hygenic Enviornment Both inside & Outside the Premises.
2.Providing Proper Lightings ,humidity & Noise Pollution as per Factories Act-1948.
3.Proper Disposal of Hazadous Chemicals.
4.Proper control of Pollution such as water ,air ,environment & follow guidelines issued by Pollution Control Board.
5.Avoid Dust & Fumes.
6.Proper Servicing of Polluted Equipments such as Boiler , DG Sets etc.
7.Proper Treatment of ETP & STP.
8.Avoid Over Crowding by Providing Sufficeint Entry & Exit.
9.Proper Placement of Machnery ,Marking Yellow Lines & Marking Proper mark for way for Exit.
10.Cleaning of Factory, Frequently Painting of Factory in frequent intervals.
11.Floors ,Stairs ,passages & Gangways to be maintained free from obstructions and substances.
12.Adaquate number of Housekeepers to be appointed to clean factory.
Documents:
1.NOC from Pollution Control Board
2.Waste Disposal to be Diposed to Authorised agency.
3.Chemical to be used as per Industrial Standards (No Hazardous Chemical used )
4.Entry & Exit to be Displayed Properly in Dual Language.
5.Emergency Lights to be On when power off automatically
6.Proper Maintainance of Boiler & DG.
Safety
1.Proper Training of Usage of Safety Equipments-such as Eye guard , Mask , Gloves , Ear Guard, Gum Boots, Neprons,or caps & Life saving Jackets etc.
2.Nobody should allow to work without safety equipments & adaquate number of safety equipment provided.
3.Each Machine purchased as per specification of Factories Act & ISI standards to be Maintained.
4.Each Machine Specification & Handling should be taged in Dual language (one in Local Language)
5.Trained People to be allowed to Maintainance of Machinery & each machinery serviced frequently.
6.Precaution to be taken dangerous fumes & gases etc.
7.Hoists & Lifts to be Maintained properly
8.Proper Maintenance of lifting Machine ,chains ,ropes & lifting tackels
9.Precaution to be taken in case of Fire.
10. Proper Maintenance of Machinery , Electrical Equipments & Buildings.
11. avoid use of Hazardous Chemicals which cause health , safety & enviornment.
12.Appointment of qualified Safety Officer who will take implementation of Safety in Factroy Premises.
Documents:
1.Boiler to be Opeerated by trained person obtained certificate Shops & BoilerDept
2.Safety Officer to be Appointed .
3.Machinery should be used Standard as per specificaion .
4.Machinery should be taged with instruction & Maintencance.
5.All machinery Serviced properly documented.
Health
1.Providing First Aid Facilties to Workers
2.Providing Healthy & Hygine Food at Factory Premises.
3.Providing cool Drinkable water & it Shuld be reach of 6 meters of Work place . It shold be Marked Drinking Water in Dual Language ( one in Local Language)
4.Doctors & Nurse to be appointed to check the Fittness of Worker.
5. Toilets should be maintained hyginicaly Walls, Floors as mentioned in Factories act Internal walls upto ninety centimeter , sufficeint number of Toilets Proprtion to Male & Female.
6.Avoid overcrowding.
7.Proper Disposal of Industrial Wastes & Effluents arrangements to be made Approved authority prescribed in rules.
8.Testing of Drinking water to be done once in Six months.
9.Clean & Healthy atmosphere to be maintained in Canteen.
10.Fitness Certificate to be obtained working in Canteen.
11.Proper atmosphere to be provided such as Ventilation , Temparature , Lighting ,Humidity etc.
12.Ambulance to be provided in factory to attend emergency .
13.Ambulance Vehicle & Room -Oxygen Cylinder to be Checked.
14.Proper List of Medicines as prescribed in Factories act to be maintained in First Aid & Medicine Expiry date to be tracked properly.
15.Providing Creech facilities to Employee children.
16.Appointement of Welfare Officer.
Documents:
1.Doctors & Nurses to be Appointed.
2.Fittness certificate to be provided.
3.Creech facility to be provided & Child Details , Photo to be obtained, Break fast & Toys to be provided .
4.Fittness Certificate of Employees to be obtained.
5Accident & Injury report to be maintained.
6.First Aid box to be contained basic medicines as mentioned in factories act
7.Ambulance Vehicle Should be avilable round the clock
8.Certificate of Hygine to be obtained.
9.Water Testing to be done once in six month.
10.Fittness Certificate to be provided to Canteen workers.
