Indian Inc is lack of skilled candidates as per the changing trends of market conditions and technology trends. A recent study by NAASCOM reveals that nearly 37 lakh graduates are coming out from colleges and only 25 percent of employees are getting recruited for IT BPO sector. This situation is worse in tech students and 35perecnt of tech graduates are able to find jobs.
