2. Factory License

Form 2 – Application for Registration and grant or renewal of License for the Year ________ and notice of occupation Specified in section 6 and 7 (to be submitted in Triplicate)

10. Employees’ Provident Funds Miscellaneous Provisions Act and Family Pension Scheme 1955

  1. Registration of Factory / Establishment by applying in Form – 5A ( Return of Ownership) and other related Forms and Getting PF Code No From Employee Provident Fund Organization, Regional Provident Fund Office,
  1. Preparation and Submission of Form -9 (Revised) Return of Employees who are entitled and required to become members of the EPF & Pension Fund along with Form 2 (Revised) Nomination and Declaration Form

  2. Draft Modification Rule 6A - Form AAAA - by DCL to Employer
  3. Certified standing Orders Section 9 displayed by Employer at the entrance in English and Tamil
