The site was originally a Phoenician trading-post but became part of the Roman Empire, and its monuments were built in the 2nd and 3rd centuries AD. Leptis Magna was once a prominent city in Roman Libya. The city fell to the Vandals in 439 and was re-incorporated into the Eastern Empire in 533. It fell to the Muslim invasion in c. 647 and was then abandoned.The ruins of Leptis Magna are along the coast where the Wadi Lebda meets the sea. This particular site as a whole is one of best preserved Roman ruins in the Mediterranean.</span></div> </div>

encrypted-media" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/OD6IgFmplLA" width="560"></iframe></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> “இரு சக்கர வாகனக் காப்பீடு பாலிசிகளை ஒரு வருட பாலிசியாகத்தான் வழங்கி வந்தோம். இப்போது நீண்ட கால பாலிசியாகவும் மூன்றாண்டுகளுக்கு கவரேஜ் இருக்கும்படியும் வழங்கி வருகிறோம். </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> இருசக்கர வாகனங் களுக்கான இன்ஷூரன்ஸை பொறுத்தவரை, போலீஸ் அதிகாரிகள் கேட்கும்போதும், அல்லது வாகன விபத்து ஏற்படும் போதுதான் பாலிசியைப் புதுப்பிக்கவில்லை என்ற எண்ணமே நினைவுக்கு வருகிறது. இதுவே மூன்று வருட பாலிசி என்கிறபோது ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் புதுப்பிக்கத் தேவை இல்லை. ஒருமுறை புதுப்பித்து விட்டால் அடுத்த மூன்று வருடங்களுக்கு அந்த பாலிசியை வைத்திருக்கலாம். </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> ஆண்டுதோறும் மூன்றாம் நபர் பாலிசியின் பிரீமியம் அதிகரித்துக்கொண்டே வருகிறது. உதாரணத்துக்கு, ரூ.50,000 கவரேஜ், 150 சிசி திறன் கொண்ட இரு சக்கர வாகனத்துக்கு 2012-13-ல் ரூ.357 -ஆக இருந்த மூன்றாம் நபர் பாலிசி பிரீமியம், 2013-14-ல் ரூ.422-ஆகவும், 2014-15-ல் ரூ.464-ஆகவும், 2015-16-ல் 538 ரூபாயாகவும் அதிகரித்துள்ளது. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> மூன்றாண்டு கால பாலிசியை எடுக்கும்போது அதிகரிக்கும் பிரீமியத்தை செலுத்த தேவையில்லை என்பது பாசிட்டிவ்-ஆன விஷயம்” என்றவர் சற்று நிறுத்தி, ஓராண்டு பாலிசிக்கு பதில் மூன்றாண்டு பாலிசி எடுத்தால், எவ்வளவு பிரீமியம் மிச்சமாகும் என்பதைச்  சொன்னார். </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> ‘‘ரூ.50 ஆயிரம் மதிப்புடைய 150சிசி திறன் கொண்ட புதிய வாகனம் அல்லது 5 ஆண்டுகள் ஆன பழைய வாகனம் என்றால், ஒரு வருட பாலிசியில் ஓன் டேமேஜ் பிரீமியம் முதல் ஆண்டுக்கு 854 ரூபாயும், இரண்டாம் ஆண்டில் 683 ரூபாயும், மூன்றாம் ஆண்டில் 640 ரூபாயும் என மூன்று ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மொத்தம் ரூ.2,177 செலுத்த வேண்டும். இந்த  மூன்று ஆண்டுகளுக்கும் க்ளெய்ம் எதுவும் இல்லை என்கிற கணக்கில் (நோ க்ளெய்ம் போனஸ் சலுகை அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள நிலையில்) செலுத்தும் மொத்த பிரீமியம் ஆகும். </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> இதுவே மூன்று ஆண்டு பாலிசி என்றால் 30%  தள்ளுபடியுடன் ரூ.1,793 செலுத்தினால் போதும். பாலிசி எடுப்பவர்கள் அதிகமான சலுகையை எதிர்பார்த்தால், கூடுதலாக 20% தள்ளுபடி கிடைக்க வாய்ப்பு உண்டு.  இந்தத் தள்ளுபடியும் கிடைத்தால், மூன்று ஆண்டு பாலிசிக்கு பிரிமீயம் ரூ.1,281 மட்டும் செலுத்தினால் போதும். ஆக, மூன்று ஆண்டு பாலிசி பிரீமியத்தில் குறைந்தது 18 % முதல் 41% வரை, அதாவது ரூ.384 முதல் ரூ.896  வரை சேமிக்க முடியும். </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> மூன்றாண்டு பாலிசியை புதுப்பிக்கும்போது எந்த க்ளெய்மும் செய்யவில்லை என்றால் 30% நிச்சய தள்ளுபடி மற்றும் 20% சிறப்புத் தள்ளுபடி கிடைக்கலாம். இதுவே ஒருமுறை க்ளெய்ம் செய்திருந்தால், 30% நிச்சய தள்ளுபடியுடன், 10% சிறப்புத் தள்ளுபடி கிடைக்கலாம். </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> இரண்டு முறை க்ளெய்ம் செய்திருந்தால், 30% நிச்சய தள்ளுபடி மட்டுமே கிடைக்கும். ஒரு வருட பாலிசியில் ஆண்டுக்கு ஒரு க்ளெய்ம் செய்திருந்தால், நோ க்ளெய்ம் போனஸ் கிடைக்காது. தவிர, ரெனிவல் பிரீமியம் அதிகரிக்கும்.   </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> தற்போது, ஐ.ஆர்.டி.ஏ. மூன்றாண்டு பாலிசியை இரு சக்கர வாகனங்களுக்கு மட்டும் அனுமதித்து உள்ளது. விரைவில் நான்கு சக்கர வாகனங்களுக்கும் இந்த பாலிசி தரப்படலாம்” என்றார்.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> மூன்றாண்டு பாலிசியில் பணம் மிச்சமாவதோடு, நேரமும் மிச்சமாகிறது. இனி பாலிசியை புதுப்பிக்க நேரமில்லை என்று சொல்ல மாட்டீர்கள்தானே?</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> ஓன் டேமேஜ் பாலிசி -  பிரீமியத்தில் எவ்வளவு லாபம்?</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> ஒரு வருட பாலிசி - (மூன்றாண்டுகளுக்கு சேர்த்து மொத்த பிரீமியம்) - ரூ.2,177</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> 3 ஆண்டு பாலிசி  (நிச்சயம் 30% தள்ளுபடி, 20% சிறப்புத் தள்ளுபடி) - ரூ.1,281</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> லாபம் - ரூ.896(வாகனத்தின் மதிப்பு ரூ.50,000, 150 சிசி, புதிய அல்லது பழைய வாகனம்.)</div> </div>
